Vicki Leeson is the Associate Broker and Branch Manager at Keller Williams’ Arizona Experience Realty Group and Shea Preferred™ Realty Group. With a real estate career spanning over two decades since becoming licensed in 1996, Vicki’s journey through the industry is marked by innovation, leadership, and resilience.
In 2010, Vicki co-founded her own brokerage, stepping into a pivotal role as Managing Broker. Under her leadership for ten years, the brokerage not only thrived but adapted brilliantly to market challenges. During the market downturn in the early 2000s, Vicki led her team to specialize in short sales and bank-owned properties, keeping the business robust and active while many faltered. Her exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail ensured high efficiency and were instrumental in managing complex transactions, earning her widespread accolades and requests to train peers across the industry.
Returning to Keller Williams as Branch Manager and Associate Broker in 2021, Vicki now focuses on empowering real estate agents with her deep knowledge and ensuring compliance with company policies. Her role as a mentor and leader in the office underscores her commitment to excellence and agent development.

Married to her high school sweetheart, Ben, and a loving mother to three daughters and twelve grandchildren, Vicki balances her busy professional life with a rich family life.
